DARTFORD MP, Gareth Johnson, is holding a debate on the expansion of the ULEZ on Tuesday, December 20th in Westminster Hall.
The debate, which starts at 2.30pm, will examine the Labour Mayor of London’s plan to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone to the whole of London next August.
Since the announcement of these proposals, Mr Johnson has vocally opposed them. If they go ahead, they will see drivers of cars, smaller vans, motorbikes and other lighter vehicles, which do not meet the ULEZ standard, pay £12.50 daily if they cross the boundary into London.
